Nightly room rates include unlimited broadband WIFI.
Nightly room rates are for double occupancy - $10 will be charged for each additional person where rooms allow.
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Early arrival or late check-out requests will be accommodated if possible. NO CHECK-INS AFTER 9:00 p.m. please.
There are no telephones or TVs in guest rooms, however most cell phones will have reception through our WIFI or Broadband Internet. A land line is available for emergency use only.
Cancellation Policy: A 14 days advanced notice for single room reservations. Thirty-days (30) advanced notice is required for multiple and or group (two rooms or more) stays, there will be a $25.00 Cancellation fee per room that is canceled.
Resnexus Travel Protection, through Resnexus, is available at 10% of reservation fee that covers a larger time frame.
If you decide to park a vehicle and stay in that and not pay for a room then we charge $35 a day to keep your vehicle parked on our property to stay in, if you have a dog then their is still a pet fee that is non-refundable.
An 8% lodging tax is added to published Nightly Room Rate.
First night deposit required at booking; the remaining balance will be due upon check in.
We require that room reservations be guaranteed with a credit card. We accept VISA, Master Card and Discover.
We have two pet friendly rooms and they are room 1 and room 2, A $50 non refundable pet fee is required per pet and a pet agreement needs to be signed as well.
Customers will be charged for any damage to furniture, furnishings or to property, including stains on carpet, bedding and towels, amount depends on the damage done, Also customers will be charged for any damage caused by flushing anything other than toilet tissue down the toilet and the amount depends on the damage.
A $25 reservation fee is collected as part of the deposit for the room if you decide to keep your reservation then that fee will go towards the remaining balance of your reservation.
If your room has been paid for already there will be no switching to a different card once it's already paid for or a different room.
There is no smoking in any of the rooms of any kind such as e-cigarettes, regular cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana or any other kind of drug. Idaho is not legalized for Marijuana or any other kind of Drug, either way there is NO SMOKING in the rooms whatsoever; anyone caught doing so will be in trouble and fined $250
Travel protection costs is non-refundable once you cancel we keep the travel protection amount.
If we are with out power then we have a couple options for you, you could show up and book a room and pay by cash or you can put your card information down and we can charge the card when the power comes back on, our cards we accept are visa, discover, and Mastercard.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, $25.00 will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.
CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 6 and under stay free. Pets are welcome. $50 additional one time fee for 1 pet, for 2 pets $100 one time fee.
