We are planning to begin workshops and retreats in the summer/fall of 2007. Some of the areas of interest expressed by our regular guests include writing, art, fly fishing, bird watching, and yoga. If you have additional suggestions we are open to activities in keeping with the overall spirit of the inn.

Living Now - An Exploration Week-end Retreat

• Body Scans, gentle yoga, sitting and walking meditation, journaling
• Ways to incorporate all into our hectic lives
• Exploring the obstacles
• Exploring our own mind/body connections
• Cost: $250 includes all meals (lacto/ovo vegetarian)
• Limited to 14 people (some shared accommodations)
• Singles and couples are welcome
